1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Custom or personalized prints
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Opened or used items
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@artisanbrush.com. Depending on stock availability, we’ll process the exchange accordingly. How to Return an Item To return an item, please follow these steps:

4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
